* Dr. Mary Ann Ley of Achieve Wellness in Timonium, gets my wholehearted recommendation for chiropractic care, especially after sudden and debilitating lower back pain nearly ended my Zumba career. After only two adjustments I was dancing again! Her amazing diagnosis? My feet! A simple shoe insert under one heel will correct a .25 mm difference in leg length! She's offering 50% off the first visit for new clients, so ask me if you'd like a coupon.
